Data & Account Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of your AutoFlo account, uploaded photos/faces, generated videos, stored social/API credentials, and related personal data. Requests are reviewed manually for now.

How manual deletion works

Sign in and submit this request from the email tied to your AutoFlo account so we can verify ownership before any manual action.
Requests land in Supabase table public.data_deletion_requests for manual fulfillment by the AutoFlo team.
We verify account ownership, then delete or anonymize account records, uploaded photos/face images, generated media, API/social credentials, and support/profile data where legally permitted.
Payment processors such as Stripe may retain invoices, receipts, chargeback/fraud records, and tax records under their own legal obligations. We keep only records required for security, dispute, tax, or legal compliance.
We target completion within 30 days and may contact you if we need identity/account verification.
